If there is one good thing about having Parkinson's it's the fact that I have met and become friends with Maddie and Martin. Although I only got to meet Martin each week at Fit-4-Life classes it was obvious that he was a real character and was always ready with a joke or funny quip. He will be sorely missed by us all and the class has lost a lovely man who cannot be replaced. Hopefully Maddie will continue to join us and Martin will always be with us in spirit.
